Workflow automation
The hand-offs, re-keying and follow-ups that eat your week, turned into systems that run on their own and tell you only when they need a decision.
Shipped Automated tax-document follow-up across 380+ clients of a CPA practice.
RAM Automation builds AI agents, integrations and custom software around the systems your business already runs on, including the twenty-year-old ones nobody else will touch. Your team keeps the tools they know. The busywork disappears.
Most engagements combine several of these. We start by watching how the work actually gets done, then build the smallest system that makes it go away.

We connect the software you already pay for so data moves without anyone copying it, including programs with no API at all.
Shipped A native import bridge into a 2003 accounting program with no API or SDK.
Agents that read, sort, draft and file inside the tools your team uses. Each one scoped to a job, measured against your own history, and learning from your team's corrections.
Shipped The inbox agent running in the demo above.
When nothing off the shelf fits, we build it: local desktop tools, review workbooks, document pipelines and knowledge bases your business owns outright.
Shipped A one-click Windows companion that prepares a year of bookkeeping and generates the work papers.
Client: a solo CPA practice in Western New York, 36 years in business, 14+ write-up clients
The practice runs on MYOB Accounting Plus, a desktop program from 2003 with no API, no plug-ins and no supported way to get data in or out. Every bank statement, payroll run and credit card was being keyed in by hand. We audited 22 years of one client's books and two years each from two more: across 217 reports, 96% of the work was manual entry.
We built a local Windows companion that sits beside MYOB without modifying it. It reads the practice's existing files and scanned statements, learns each client's coding patterns from years of history, prepares the books, and hands MYOB a native import file it already accepts. Pointed at a client's books with no training step, it codes transactions with 99.7% accuracy, and it learns from every correction the accountant makes, so it gets better every day. Nothing leaves the accountant's machine.
