When your software has an API, we use it. When it doesn't, which is true of much of what small businesses actually run, we find another sanctioned path: native import formats, file watchers, or reading the data files directly and verifying against printed reports.

Shipped Reverse-engineered a 2003 accounting program's file format to extract 22 years of data, then built a native import bridge back into it.

An agent is software that reads, decides and acts within limits you set. We build agents for narrow, well-defined jobs and measure them against your own history before they touch anything live. Where accuracy matters more than cleverness, we skip the language model and use deterministic matching trained on your data.

How we handle your data and your systems

Local-first by default

Where the data is sensitive, the processing happens on your own machines. Our accounting work for a CPA practice runs entirely offline, with SSNs, tax IDs and card numbers redacted on output.

Nothing gets ripped out

We build around the programs your business relies on daily rather than replacing them. If a tool works for you, it stays, and we make it work harder.

Measured before shipped

Every build is tested against your real history. Our first client engagement was contracted under FTC Safeguards Rule data terms, with documents reviewed by outside counsel.
